Why You Need Coconut Oil in Your Life STAT! - Review of Thera Vita Paradise Organic Cocnut Oil

I am such a Coconut Oil obsessed freak. It was one of those things that got really big, and I think I avoided it because I thought it was strange, and then I tried it and I can't turn back. This is where you swish the oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes once per day and then spit it out (not in the toilet or shower - trash can only!). It is said to rid your mouth and your body of bacteria, keeps your teeth and gums very healthy, and even whitens your teeth. For me personally, it does exactly that. I have very sensitive teeth and gums that bleed quite often. As soon as I started oil pulling, bleeding gums were no longer an issue, my sensitive areas were much less sensitive, and I noticed my teeth whitening almost immediately!
