Review and Giveaway of Dial® Baby Body and Hair Wash AND Dial® Kids Foaming Hand Wash

Disclosure: The Dial® Brand provided me with a sample of Dial® Baby Body + Hair Wash and Dial® Kids Foaming Hand Soap in exchange for a product review. However, all the opinions expressed here are my own.

Getting kids clean is no easy task. At least not with my kids. They are both constantly getting into something, and now that the weather has been consistently more agreeable, the time spent outdoors brings a whole new realm of dirtiness to the table. Plus, both of my kids have sensitive skin, so I need to use products that are simple, and gentle as well. I recently had the opportunity to try Dial® Baby Body and Hair Wash and Dial® Kids Foaming Hand Wash, which have both effortlessly earned their place in the bathroom. It is great to see a household name like Dial® making products specifically for babies and kids.

The Dial® Baby Body and Hair Wash is a gentle formula which was created with babies' perfect skin in mind. It is tear-free, hypoallergenic, pH balanced, fragrance free and paraben-free. While it says on the bottle that it is meant for babies ages 0-2, this is a great hair and body wash for kids of any age, especially if they are sensitive to other brands that have added fragrances, or irritating ingredients. We found that this was easy to lather, left my daughter's hair and body clean without stripping away moisture. My daughter just turned 3, however she still has very soft skin, and preserving that is very important. She also has eczema, so using gentle soaps is essential to not causing a break out. She refers to this as her "new soap" and requests it at every bath. I've also used the Dial® Baby Body and Hair Wash to make a nice gentle bubble bath for her, and it makes nice bubbles!

Washing hands is another task we work on with our 3 year old. Understanding the importance of cleaning our hands often is difficult to explain to such a young child, but considering she will be exposed to many more germs next year when she begins preschool, it is essential to make this part of her bathroom routine. She's been loving her Dial® Kids Foaming Hand Wash in scent Watery-Melon. I appreciate that the scent is not obnoxious. I was expecting it to smell like a Watermelon flavored candy, and it is much more tolerable than that. Over-washing hands can become very drying, and with the number of times per day we are in the bathroom, another formula would certainly dry her little hands out. Our experience with Dial® Kids Foaming Hand Wash has proven that it is tough on dirt, while being gentle on her skin. Most of the time I do not prefer foam hand washes, however when it comes to kids, I find that foam washes are the best. It allows my 3 year old to be independent while washing her hands, and I don't need to worry about rubbing it in the same way I do with regular liquid soaps.

We've enjoyed our experience with Dial® Baby Body and Hair Wash and Dial® Kids Foaming Hand Wash, and recommend them both with 10 stars:
