Review-Almond Breeze® Almondmilk with a Hint of Honey, Vanilla

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Almond Breeze Almondmilk. The opinions stated within are my own.

We have been drinking Almondmilk in our house for awhile. Every once in awhile I get a little too caught up in the dangers of the food that we eat and the beverages we drink and the one thing that always concerns me is the hormones in milk. Today, there are SO many alternatives, that taking a break from traditional cows milk is entirely possible. We rely heavily on Almond Breeze Almondmilk, as the kids have seemed to gravitate most to the taste of that. And let's face it, those little people truly rule the house. Recently we got to try Almond Breeze® Almondmilk with a Hint of Honey, Vanilla. Say What?

That's right folks, they bumped up their game! This milk is delicious. I've spoken before about all of the wonderful qualities of Almondmilk that make it such a considerable alternative. This includes that fact that it is a great source of calcium for people who cannot get it through other means. Worth noting is the fact that this Almond Breeze® Almondmilk Hint of Honey, Vanilla is free of dairy, soy, lactose, cholesterol, peanuts, casein, gluten, eggs, saturated fat and MSG. Plus, each serving has only 60 calories! It comes in two varieties: Original and Vanilla. Surprisingly, it only has 8g of sugar per serving. I can feel confident giving myself and my family 45% of our daily calcium while keeping sugar content low, and still tasting great!

The Almond Breeze® Almondmilk with a Hint of Honey, Vanilla is available in the 32oz shelf stable variety, or you can pick it up in the 64oz refrigerated size. I prefer the refrigerated variety, but mostly because it's bigger and lasts a little longer. This was gone so quickly I couldn't get pictures of the actual contents. Sometimes I feel like I need to label my review items so my family members can make sure I'm done with it before they go using it all. However, it's an excellent testament for how good it actually is! I found that it tasted identical to the Almond Breeze ®Vanilla Almondmilk, with a hint of honey taste on the end of it. It wasn't overwhelming or overpoweringly sweet which I was so happy about. It really is the perfect amount of sweet. Plus, the texture is smooth and creamy, which can be an issue with the nut milks. It tastes great on cereal, in coffee/tea, in smoothies or even on its own (maybe with a cookie on the side?).

We love our Almond Breeze® Almondmilk with a Hint of Honey, Vanilla and gladly give it 10 stars:
